Pocatello holds a special place in our hearts as the ‘homecoming’ location, given its significance as the birthplace of Jake’s.

Our community’s excitement for our grand opening was palpable, especially with Jake himself participating. Having lived and studied in Pocatello, Jake is a beloved figure here. Many of our first guests were patrons of the original Jake’s, and some had even worked for him at his first restaurant, making our opening a true homecoming celebration.
